Your journal is protected by Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode flow. Journal data is stored in the app sandbox and, if enabled, your private iCloud container.
No. The app does not use advertising SDKs, third-party analytics, App Tracking Transparency prompts, or cross-app tracking.
Voice journaling uses Apple's speech recognition when you request transcription. Audio may be processed on device or by Apple after you grant permission.
Yes. You can export entries as JSON, PDF, or photo folders. Premium users can also create encrypted JSON backups.
